Posting of information in the group without admins' approval, any content not related/relevant to ongoing discussion, spam posts and any activities that is meant to cause disharmony in the group or directed towards specific individual based on religion, language, caste, creed, color, nationality or any other decided by admin, will constitute breach of civil behavior and the user will be kicked out of the group and banned from accessing site and other related resources.

6. Copyrighted contents and sharing

Apart from our content, we have also shared other content (YouTube video link/ Blog posts / Content etc.) which are created by other users. We try our best to credit content creators wherever possible and avoid posting copyrighted material without express permission. As a user, you are expected as well to hold the same ethical values and avoid posting such materials without the author's permission as well as the Facebook group admin permission. 

The site itself is meant to be shared, however as a user you will bear the responsibility to ensure that you are not sharing any copyrighted material publicly. 

7. Moderation

As the group is meant to bring people from different backgrounds of life and living standards, users are expected to exercise restraint and engage in civil, constructive discussion. Personal attacks, undue/excessive criticisms. threats, and other aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and the user's posts will be moderated before it is allowed in the group. Repeat of such behaviors will constitute misuse and user will be kicked out without further notice.

8. Delays in Response

Besides operating this site and the associated social media channels, the admins are also involved in day-trading on their own accounts. Therefore, any queries or requests for help may take longer at times. The admins will try their best to attend to user's questions as soon as possible in such cases. The best channel to get earliest response is the facebook group.

Only data we collect is the name and email address and any associated cookies (internet based short term storage that is meant to facilitate a good user experience) on the site. The only cookies that we use are meant to provide end-user functionality, website-safety and security. The courses on the site are available for free after joining our Facebook group. This too, is meant to assess the users' understanding about trading, experience with trading and get feedback from the users to create and provide information that is beneficial and can be implemented in the trading.
